Krispy Kreme Donut Fundraiser Instructions

YOU Send us an email (centennialjrbasketball@gmail.com) to let us know you plan to participate
YOUR CHILD sells BoxES of Krispy Kreme (dozen) donuts for $14 each.
YOUR CHILD collects the funds ($14 x # of boxes) from their supporter.
YOUR CHILD logs the name, phone number and email address of the supporter on the order form.
YOU hand in the order form along with 50% of the total funds collected ($7 x number of boxes ordered) to FUNDRAISER LEAD (JENNIFER Oquendo) on Sunday Nov 5th @ 1PM @ Centennial H.S. GYM ENTRANCE.
Centennial Jr Knights will place the master order for donuts.
YOUR SUPPORTER will receive digital couponS (at the email address provided) to retrieve their order at a Krispy Kreme location.
YOU KEEP THE REMAINING FUNDS ($7 x number of boxes ordered) and use it to off-set your basketball registration fee.
